News details
Nov 23, 2010

The event was organised in Brussels on 30.09 - 01.10.2010.

Organised in collaboration with the Commission's Directorate-General for Health and Consumer Affairs and the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), the event brought together about 25 experts, assessors and other stakeholders from relevant European bodies.

The workshop was focussed on the applicability of QSAR (Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship) models and other non-testing approaches in risk assessment. A JRC Reference Report on the topic is expected to be published in early 2011.
