On 25.07.2014 EURL ECVAM published its Recommendation on the Zebrafish Embryo Acute Toxicity Test Method (ZFET) for Acute Aquatic Toxicity Testing:

3. Summary of the changes made in response to public comments received

The recommendation was open for public comments from 24.05.2014 to 30.06.2014. Two comments were received which led to following amendment in the document:

  • In order to clearly state that this recommendation applies to the use of zebrafish embryos for acute aquatic toxicity testing, the title of the recommendation reads now EURL ECVAM Recommendation on the Zebrafish Embryo Acute Toxicity Test Method (ZFET) for Acute Aquatic Toxicity Testing.
